The Specialist Medical Education Program in Internal Medicine is committed to developing specialists who excel in clinical service, education, and the advancement of internal medicine, with a focus on degenerative diseases that continue to rise in modern society. Through Outcome-Based Education and Evidence-Based Medicine, the program equips learners with comprehensive clinical competence, strong analytical ability, and accurate medical decision-making skills in managing patients holistically and continuously.

Graduates of the Specialist Medical Education Program in Internal Medicine are specialists with professional competence in prevention, diagnosis, management, and rehabilitation in a comprehensive manner.
Based on Evidence-Based Medicine, graduates are expected to provide high-quality medical services while upholding medical ethics and prioritizing patient safety.
Graduates are prepared to diagnose and manage a wide range of diseases comprehensively, perform and interpret diagnostic examinations, make evidence-based clinical decisions, and contribute to research and innovation in internal medicine.

This program offers comprehensive internal medicine training covering prevention, diagnosis, management, and rehabilitation in a continuous manner. Learners are mentored by experienced lecturers and consultants, gain broad case exposure in the university's own teaching hospital and partner hospitals, and are supported by diagnostic facilities such as ultrasound, endoscopy, intensive care units, and strong academic development in research, publication, and international collaboration.
