Dairi Regent Invites UNPRI Students to Think Out of The Box, Original and Inspirational

Dairi Regent, Ir. Vickner Sinaga, M.M. shared experiences with the UNPRI academic community. On that occasion, the Dairi Regent explained the organizational strategy in a public lecture entitled "Out of The Box, Original and Inspirational Solutions" which took place at the Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) Medan, Saturday, June 14, 2025, which was held in the Main Hall, 10th floor, UNPRI Campus, Jalan Sampul No. 3 Medan.

In a public lecture attended by thousands of participants, including students mostly from the Faculty of Economics and Law, academics, and figures from North Sumatra, Vickner encouraged the younger generation to think creatively and dare to leave behind traditional perspectives.

In the public lecture, the Regent of Dairi emphasized that big ideas often come from simple ideas that are delivered with courage. "Unusual solutions are often the most effective way out," he said.

On that occasion, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was also signed between the Dairi Regency Government and Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI). The signing of the MoU was carried out by Dr. dr. Ali Napiah Nasution, M.K.T., M.K.M., Sp.K.K.L.P.(K) who represented the Rector Prof. Dr. Chrismis Novalinda Ginting, M.Kes. The cooperation covers various fields, including improving the competence of state civil servants (ASN), human resource development, and collaboration in education and research.

The event was also attended by a number of officials, including Dr. Timbul Sinaga, SE, MSA (Member of the North Sumatra DPRD), Jonny Hutasoit (Assistant for Government and Dairi Social Welfare), and Dr. Henry Manik (Head of the Dairi Health Service).
