FKIP UNPRI Together with BBSU Ready to Break MURI Record Through Mass UKBI

Prima Indonesia University through the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education received a visit from the North Sumatra Provincial Language Center (BBSU) in the FKIP UNPRI meeting room, 19th floor, UNPRI Main Campus, Jalan Sampul No. 4, Sei Putih Barat Medan, Monday (10/07). This visit is in accordance with the request letter for an audience number: 0909/I5.2/BS.01.00/2023 sent by the North Sumatra Provincial Language Center.

The Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Language Center, Hidayat Widiyanto, M.Pd arrived at Universitas Prima Indonesia at 13:00 accompanied by Imran, S.S. Language Instructor, Melani Rahmi Siagian, S.S. and Retno Andriani, S.S as Language and Literature Reviewer in accordance with the Assignment Letter number: 0910/I5.2/BS.01.00/2023 signed by the Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Language Center (BBSU).

The BBSU visit was welcomed directly by the Dean of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Prima Indonesia, Dian Syahfitri, S.S., M.Hum who was accompanied by the Head of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program, Sartika Sari, S.S., M.Hum and the Secretary of the Indonesian Language Education Masters Study Program, Esra Perangin-angin, M.Pd. The Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Language Center explained that this audience visit was a follow-up to the collaboration between the North Sumatra Provincial Language Center and Universitas Prima Indonesia. "This is a follow-up to the cooperation that has been built by BBSU and UNPRI, as well as the plan to implement a mass Indonesian Language Proficiency Test for students in the UNPRI environment in order to obtain a MURI Record," said Hidayat.

The plan received a positive response from the Dean of FKIP UNPRI, "as a follow-up to the cooperation that has been built by BBSU with UNPRI, we, the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) are ready to support what has been planned by BBSU, hopefully we can break the MURI record through UKBI," said Dian. The meeting which lasted about 45 minutes was closed with the presentation of clothes with the words BBSU written on them which were handed over by the Head of the North Sumatra Provincial Language Center which was received by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education which was then closed with a group photo.
