Governor of North Sumatra (Gubsu) HT Erry Nuradi. SE. MSi received the 2016 UNPRI Award as a figure who cares about education and was named an Honorary Lecturer at the Graduate School of Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI). The award presentation and inauguration of the honorary lecturers were held at the UNPRI Fiesta 2016, which was the peak of UNPRI's 15th Anniversary, at the Hermes Palace Convention, Jalan Mongonsidi, recently.
In addition to the Governor of North Sumatra, other figures also received the 2016 UNPRI Award, namely. Dandim 0201/BS Kol Inf. Maulana Ridwan. Medan Police Chief, and Head of BPJS Kesehatan North Sumatra. The award was presented by UNPRI founder dr. I Nyoman Ehrich Lister, M.Kes. While the decree for the appointment of honorary lecturers was presented by the Director of the UNPRI Postgraduate School Dr. Azharudin, SH, MKn. Present on the occasion was the Head of the Supreme Court Education and Training Center Prof. Basuki Rekso W. SH, MS. High Court Judge of Medan Dr. Lilik Mulyadi, member of North Sumatra DPRD Brilian Moktar, Head of Lubukpakam District Court Henry Tarigan SH, Mhum, Coordinator of Kopertis Region I North Sumatra Prof. Dian Armanto, Head of BPH UNPRI Dr. Tommy Leonard, SH. MKn. Unpri Rector Prof. Dr. Jacobus Tarigan, UNPRI Advisor Prof. Sanwani Nasution, SH, RE Nainggolan. and dr. Sofyan Wijaya, professors, deans, lecturers and thousands of UNPRI Medan students.
On that occasion, the Governor of North Sumatra said. UNPRI, which is one of the best universities in North Sumatra, continues to develop into the pride of the North Sumatra community by producing competitive human resources (HR). "UNPRI's role for 15 years in educating the people of North Sumatra needs to continue to be developed to support the nation's competitiveness, especially in facing the ASEAN Economic Community," he said. According to him, the awarding and appointment of honorary lecturers is an honor given by UNPRI.
"I hope that together with UNPRI we can advance the world of education in North Sumatra. I am proud of UNPRI because it supports education in North Sumatra a lot." he said. UNPRI is one of the largest private universities in North Sumatra, which has 10 faculties with 22 study programs. Currently, UNPRI has the most permanent Professors (Professors), namely 10 people, as well as lecturers with S3, S2, specialist qualifications with 80 percent of their study programs being accredited B.
