Entrepreneurial Spirit is Not Science But Mentality

Also present were the Head of BPH Unpri Dr Tommy Leonard SH MKn, Vice Rector II Enni Girsang S KM MKes. Dean of FE Unpri Cut Fitri Rostina SE. MM. Dean of FKG Unpri Prof. Dr. drg. Monang Panjaitan MS MA and hundreds of FE Unpri students.

According to RE Nainggolan. this seminar is very important, so that students do not think after graduating not to look for work, but to create jobs. "Our hope is that students do not rely on and are oriented to becoming civil servants (PNS). Make this the last choice if there are no other forms of work, "said RE Nainggolan while saying, imitate Khairul Tanjung who created jobs. And for all that. Unpri is increasingly trying to produce students who are able to create jobs.

On my occasion. Helmy Yahya (TV Host, Public Speaker & Entrepreneur) asked students to be creative in entrepreneurship, considering the competition in the free market in 2015 is very competitive

"The most important thing is to change the mindset. School alone is not enough but there must be skills and do not expect that after graduating you must become a civil servant or other employee. Instead, you must be confident to become a successful entrepreneur." said Helmy motivating Unpri students to achieve success from creative and innovative entrepreneurship.

Helmy also emphasized that entrepreneurship is not knowledge but mentality, because it depends on the 'fighting spirit' and do not give up quickly with failure but make it a whip.

Meanwhile, Choky Sitohang who is also a presenter, model, singer and entrepreneur wan. gave inspiration with the success he has achieved today. to young people and students to dare to become entrepreneurs so that they can be a blessing to many people.

According to him, there are many reasons to become entrepreneurs, including free time and not being tied down like employees, independence, inner satisfaction, having capital, family factors (heredity) and the result of limited job opportunities so that they are forced to become entrepreneurs.

"To the young generation, especially Unpri students, to be willing to work hard from now on to achieve success in the future." he said.

He revealed several habits of successful people, including liking to read, making strategic plans, being well-known, maintaining a reputation, daring to dream of learning for everything. maintaining a balance between business and other ethics.

Choky also gave the spirit to become an entrepreneur, namely being diligent and relying on God, diligently honing abilities, never giving up, having skills, competing healthily and others.

Dean of FE Unpn Cut Fan Rosaaa SE. MM in his speech said that entrepreneurship seminars are very important for students considering the high unemployment rate due to narrow job opportunities.

"With this seminar, it is hoped that it can motivate entrepreneurs for students to achieve success, especially since the era of free trade is just around the corner. Therefore, we prepare ourselves seriously," he said. Cut Fitri also hopes that the seminar can foster and develop an entrepreneurial spirit while facilitating students.
