Unpri Students Discuss Coffee in Aplaus Interactive Class

COFFEE has become a lifestyle. Proven by the many coffee shops that are places for young people to hang out. However, what is unique about coffee is the coffee processing by the baristas in the coffee shops. Now, seeing its extraordinary development, Aplaus is working with Coffindo to hold a Coffee Science event to provide information for students of Universitas Prima Indonesia (Unpri) who want to start a coffee business.

In this workshop Mario, a barista from Coffindo shared his experiences about coffee. He also gave the participants the opportunity to practice good coffee blends based on measurements and combinations. Mario also gave a few secrets about coffee. "For beginner coffee drinkers, it is better to drink coffee that has fiber first rather than coffee in sachet packaging, to get the real taste. "It turns out that coffee is easy to drink but not easy to make".
