Report Card Document

The report card document you upload must include achievements and grades for Grades 10, 11, and 12.
For Grades 10 and 11, attach both Odd and Even semester report cards.
For Grade 12, attach the Odd semester report card.
All report card documents must be merged into a single PDF file.
The PDF file size must not exceed 5MB.

ID Card Image

The ID card image must contain the NIK information (e.g., National ID card/KTP).
If you do not have a KTP yet, you may use a Family Card (KK).
Scan at any resolution in JPG format.
Must be in color and should not include unnecessary background.
File size must not exceed 500KB.
The image quality must be sharp and in focus.

Registration for Year 2024 (Even Stage) is only available for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) track.
Registration for Year 2025 (Odd Stage) is available for all study programs.
Undergraduate Regular Morning class is available for ALL study programs.
Undergraduate Regular Evening class is available only for NON-HEALTH study programs (except Agritech and Agribusiness).
Report-card track registration is available only for the Medicine and Dentistry undergraduate programs.
