The Master of Nursing program prepares graduates with advanced competencies in nursing science, evidence-based practice, leadership, research, and healthcare service development. Students learn through integration of theory, research, clinical analysis, and community-based approaches to support innovation and quality improvement in nursing and health systems.

By 2030, to become an excellent Master of Nursing program that leads in sociotechnopreneurship-based nursing education with a focus on holistic, integrated, and sustainable palliative care to improve quality of life and public health.

Mission

To provide high-quality and innovative master's education in nursing that develops professional, ethical, and globally competitive graduates with competencies in sociotechnopreneurship and holistic palliative care.
To conduct evidence-based nursing research, particularly in palliative care and sociotechnopreneurship, that responds to community health needs and produces scientific publications as well as innovative products.
To implement community service based on research outcomes and local wisdom through sociotechnopreneurship and sustainable palliative care approaches in order to improve quality of life and public health status.
To strengthen accountable, transparent, and effective program governance through the optimization of resources and the development of strategic partnerships with national and international institutions.

Graduates have advanced competencies in nursing science, evidence-based practice, leadership, research, and healthcare service development.
