Bank Mega Holds Campus Hiring at UNPRI
On October 3, 2023, at the Main Campus Hall of Universitas Prima Indonesia, Jalan Sampul 3, Medan City, UNPRI in collaboration with Bank Mega held a Campus Hiring event aimed at finding and recruiting young talents potential.
The event began with a comprehensive presentation session on Bank Mega's company profile. Participants, especially UNPRI students and alumni, were given an in-depth understanding of the vision, mission, and values that underlie Bank Mega. As the event progressed, participants were also given detailed explanations of the various positions available, such as Personal Relationship Manager, Retail Funding Training Program, Retail Acquisition Team Leader, and Card Funding Officer. This knowledge became the starting point for participants to understand the challenges and opportunities in the banking sector.
After the presentation session, the event continued with the next stage, namely the Walk-In Interview. Participants were given the opportunity to interact directly with Bank Mega representatives, share their backgrounds, and answer key questions. They were given the opportunity to demonstrate their potential and abilities directly.
Through this Campus Hiring, 5 UNPRI students and alumni succeeded in getting jobs at Bank Mega. They will soon begin their career journey and bring the knowledge they have learned during their studies at UNPRI into the company.
It is hoped that UNPRI graduates who have joined Bank Mega will become valuable assets in the business and industrial world in the future. They are expected to bring their spirit of excellence, innovation, and dedication to achieve shared success. Through this collaboration, UNPRI and Bank Mega have opened up opportunities for the younger generation to work and make significant contributions in the banking and industrial sectors in Indonesia.
