Supreme Court Justice Haswandi Optimistic UNPRI Graduates Are Highly Competitive

Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) is believed to be one of the universities capable of producing highly competitive graduates in the global arena. Universities must contextualize their knowledge with current discourses in accordance with the demands of the times to ensure the profile of graduates and competitiveness in a technology-based and industrial world. This was conveyed by the Chief Justice of the Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court, Dr. H. Haswandi, S.H., S.E., M.Hum., M.H after delivering a public lecture with the theme "Are Judges Still God's Representatives in the World?" The event took place on Friday, February 24, 2023, at the UNPRI Main Campus hall, Jalan Sampul 3, Medan City.
Haswandi expressed his admiration for UNPRI students who are very enthusiastic about continuing to learn, embrace education and increase knowledge, especially new knowledge that is in accordance with the development and dynamics of the situation in this modern era. The Supreme Court Justice mentioned the demographic fact of Indonesia with a very large population, and this population bonus must be utilized so that Indonesia can produce cadres of young generations who are knowledgeable and knowledgeable. It is hoped that the young generation of Indonesia will be able to compete and be competitive in the global arena through the availability of quality and fighting human resources.
"Prima Indonesia University is one of those expected by the government so that it can produce generations of young people who are knowledgeable," he continued, "don't let the demographic factors of Indonesia's population actually produce negative things and hinder the development of the nation, but must produce positive things. The young generation must be ensured as a generation that is ready to use, ready to compete which can then create jobs."
The things conveyed by Supreme Court Justice Haswandi are consistently implemented by UNPRI in an effort to realize the vision of "Becoming a Leading University in the field of Innovative and Adaptive Socio-Techno Preneurship." UNPRI's graduate quality assurance is based on lectures that underline the importance of entrepreneurial spirit, independence, freedom, innovation, with sensitivity to social and humanitarian issues.
