Android Introduction Seminar at FTIK Unpri

Wednesday, April 17, 2013, a team from the XL cellular operator held a seminar with the theme "Android Operating System" at the Faculty of Technology and Computer Science (FTIK) Universitas Prima Indonesia (Unpri) Jl. Sekip Simpang Sikambing Medan.

In the seminar, the advantages of the Android operating system (OS) were explained. They also explained the developments of the Android OS from when it was first created until now, starting from the first generation of Android, Android Beta to the Android OS that we know today, namely Android OS v4.1 (Jelly Bean).

There are so many advantages that we can get from the Android OS. Currently, there are many technologies that use Android as their supporting operating system, including smartphones such as Samsung Galaxy, HTC, and LG. In the past, the Android OS was not widely used, but along with the development of the times and competition in the world of technology, Android continues to develop and currently Android is one of the most popular operating systems in society.

Android OS is in great demand because of its ease of use. There are so many things we can do with the Android OS, one of which is, like Android OS users in South Korea (South Korea), they are already able to make payments using Android OS smartphones and they no longer have to carry their thick physical wallets everywhere.

And another thing that makes the Android OS superior is the Mail Tracking Mode system that will function if our smartphone is lost. So even if our smartphone is lost, stolen and the SIM card is removed, we can still find out where our smartphone is located through mail services such as GMail and Google Maps developed by the Google company.
