Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI), established with the approval of the Minister of National Education under Decree No. 151/D/0/2005 on October 13, 2005, continues to transform and innovate. It offers extensive opportunities for prospective students from across the country and abroad, including ASEAN, to pursue higher education.
By upholding the values of kindness and honesty, based on unity in diversity (multiethnic diversity), and implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (education, research, and community service), UNPRI ensures its position as a leading higher education institution.
Originally established as the Prima Medan Nursing Academy and Midwifery Academy in 2001, it evolved into STIKES Prima Husada Medan in 2002. It remains the only private university in Sumatra offering programs from applied bachelor's degrees to doctoral levels.
Together with its sister companies under the Prima Group, UNPRI strives to contribute meaningfully to society.
