OVERVIEW

Established in 2005, the Faculty of Midwifery and Nursing has become a prominent educational institution dedicated to producing highly skilled healthcare professionals. Over the years, the faculty has continuously evolved, fostering an environment that emphasizes quality education, clinical excellence, and innovative research. Its sustained commitment to academic and professional standards is reflected through consistent recognition from Indonesia's National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT).

The faculty comprises comprehensive study programs, including Bachelor of Nursing, Bachelor of Midwifery, Nursing Profession, Midwifery Profession, and Master of Nursing. Each program is meticulously designed to blend theoretical knowledge with practical expertise, ensuring graduates are fully prepared to address the dynamic challenges of healthcare practice. With rigorous curricula and extensive clinical exposure, students acquire essential competencies and ethical awareness crucial for their future roles.

Achieving a "Very Good" accreditation rating from BAN-PT across all its study programs highlights the faculty's unwavering pursuit of excellence. VISION

To become a nationally leading faculty in developing socio-technopreneurship in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences, producing healthcare professionals and health science and technology (IPTEK) through the implementation of the tridharma of higher education that upholds the values of professionalism.

MISSION

  1. To manage the implementation of quality education in Nursing and Midwifery Sciences to produce excellent healthcare professionals who uphold ethics and noble character.
  2. To manage high-quality research activities as an effort to acquire innovative science and technology to support learning and the competencies of healthcare professionals, contributing to national progress and the welfare of humanity.
  3. To manage community service activities based on reasoning and research works that are utilized to improve the quality of life of the community and to advance the intellectual life of the nation.
  4. To manage services based on good governance through the optimization of internal resources and cooperation with institutions both domestically and internationally.

PURPOSES

  1. The creation of a conducive and high-quality learning environment to produce professional healthcare personnel who are adaptive, highly competitive, and have a socio-technopreneurship mindset;
  2. The production of excellent scientific and technological innovations in addressing health issues through research that emphasizes and applies innovation to enhance national competitiveness and human well-being;
  3. The implementation of community service based on reasoning and research works that are beneficial in improving the quality of life and enlightening the nation;
  4. The provision of excellent services through optimal governance of internal resources, supported by collaboration with both domestic and international institutions.

TARGETS

  1. The creation of a conducive learning environment to produce health professionals who are adaptive, highly competitive, and possess a socio-technopreneurship perspective;
  2. The creation of innovative scientific works through socio-technopreneurship-based research that can be applied to improve productivity, community well-being, and environmental quality;
  3. The realization of community service based on reasoning and research works that are beneficial in enhancing knowledge, quality of life, and positive behavioral changes in public health;
  4. The establishment of a good governance system to ensure the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education;
  5. The creation of high-quality and mutually beneficial institutional collaborations to support the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education;
  6. The development of excellent human resources to support the Tridharma of Higher Education;
  7. The emergence of outstanding and accomplished students, both academically and non-academically.
